Our Migration Capabilities

Taking inventory of the source system is the first step that we do in our migration process. Using our assessment tool in the migration lab we completely analyze your Salesforce system to identify the list of all entities that need to be migrated to the Dynamics system.

User mapping is the next right step that we do immediately after the inventory run process. List of all users from the Salesforce system are taken to create user accounts in the Dynamics system and user mapping is done.

Fields/column mapping is the most critical part of the Salesforce migration because most of the field names drastically differ in both the systems. We efficiently address this issue with "custom field mapping" thereby allowing the users to map the source and target field names for each entity directly on the tool.

The actual migration process starts here where the list of both default and custom objects/entities from the Salesforce system are verified and migrated to the Dynamics CRM system. While migrating the content, we migrate all the attachments and the metadata information such as created by, modified by, created date, modified date, etc. for all the records.

Reports disclose the complete details of migration giving insights on success, failed and migrated with warnings scenarios. It's a two-page report that gives both the summary of the migration process along with the reasons for warnings and failure.
